“ If you're looking for a real old school vibe you'll be so happy here. Came to this restaurant on a night out with a friend and was very surprised to find this place. The interior is beautiful, photos on the wall the tables and crockery could be the same ones they had when opening it's really got a family vibe. The staff are very welcoming and so efficient watching them dart around this tiny restaurant without an effort was a joy. The food was delicious and came really fast. I loved the entire experience and will be returning. ”
“ I have been here for dinner a number of times over the years and each time has been unforgettable. I went in today for lunch with my 15 month old daughter and had the best experience ever! It was a lovely little mummy - daughter date! The owner was so incredibly welcoming and wonderful, they made my daughter a delicious pasta, perfect for her to eat and understanding of her allergies. My meal was absolutely gorgeous and exactly what I was craving!! I couldn't recommend this place highly enough, Etna's is a gift to Lancaster and I will certainly be returning again and again! “ I hadn’t been here for many years, it was a treat to visit back in the early 80’s. Last night we returned, a pre birthday treat from my son and his Fiancée. It was as if time had stood still. Still a family run restaurant and now a third generation, helping out. The food, well it’s amazing the atmosphere, close your eyes and you’re in Sicily, and of course the host as well as the family and staff are attentive, funny and welcoming. It will be once again our favourite place. Thank you! ”

The service is a bit slow, but it’s understandable since it’s a family-run restaurant. The only minor downside is that the chairs are wooden and flat, making it a bit hard to sit on them for hours, but overall, it was a wonderful experience. ”
“ Only a small place so booking recommended, smell of garlic and Italian food cooking tempted the taste buds when you walk in. Decent choice on the menu, staff were friendly. Portion size wasn't over facing and reflected in reasonable price. Obviously a regular haunt for some as owner knew his Customers which is always a good advert. ”

“ Fantastic Italian restaurant run by Italian owner ( I guess). Place full of Italian vibes - smell of food, music, waiters rush, etc. Food delicious I felt guilty that I couldn't taste other dishes unfortunately my stomach has limits. Any way I have booked table for next week. So see you there ”
